FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We start installing the Christmas lights November 1st of every year, and will work every day that we are able to work, around our other full-time job schedule (typically 24 hours on – 48 hours off), with removal of Christmas lights generally starting January 2nd! We will work to honor any special request on dates for either installation or removal as best we can!
When booking one of our DJ packages, 50% of the payment is due at the time of booking, with the other 50% being due 30 days prior to the event!
The total amount is due on all Christmas Light installations by the end of the day on which they are installed!
